Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Sales - HR Tech to accelerate
growth and provide strategic leadership in selling SaaS HRTech
products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop data-driven sales strategies and exceed sales targets for
HRTech DEI products
Identify potential HR clients and create new business opportunities
through networking
Research market trends and provide actionable insights through
sales and financial data reports
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in consultative selling of SaaS HRTech to HR
leaders
Experience in an early-stage start-up environment
Data-driven approach to HR target-market identification and use of
CRM tools
Experience as a Sales team of one, with a willingness to sell
personally
A strong network within the target market of HR leaders
