Human Resource Technology Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Human Resource Technology Senior Specialist to lead HR technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Systems Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for HR technology modules, ensuring functionality and addressing issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to define specifications, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategic initiatives
Develop and manage business process designs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR technology
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in relevant fields
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday Ecosystems
Experience with complex reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience with Kronos and/or SharePoint is a plus
