About the Job
This is a supplemental, hourly position with no designated
percentage of time.
The Center for Developmental Neuroimaging (CDNI) is seeking a
research professional to manually refine MRI segmentations for 19
ROIs (both left and right hemispheres) for (1) ongoing
segmentations provided from the Healthy Brain Cognitive Development
(HBCD) study, (2) 20 segmentation from the ALBERT atlas (0 months
old), and (3) 30 BCP segmentations in age bins of 1 year, 2 years,
and 34-38 months old. A successful applicant must be able to work
well independently, work effectively with a team, and to
communicate clearly in a collaborative environment. They must also
have prior experience and training with performing manual
correction of MRI segmentations and the tools used to do so.
The Center for Developmental Neuroimaging (CDNI) is located in the
Institute of Child Development at the University of Minnesota and
housed at the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain. Our work
focuses on advancing the understanding of brain development in

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $22.51; depending on
education/qualifications/experience.
