leaders, enterprise technology leaders, and matrix functional
partners to advance strategic initiatives. Balanced with tactical
execution and operating discipline, this leadership role will
support the development and execution of clinical initiatives that
improve clinical outcomes, improve quality and patient safety and
reduce total cost of care. -You'll enjoy the flexibility to work
remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough
challenges. -Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate across functions
and with all levels of the organization, business units, clinical
and non-clinical teams on clinical transformation and innovation
initiativesWork alongside enterprise data scientists and business
stakeholders to implement models from end to end, including data
ingestion and preparation, analysis, modelling, performance
tracking and documentation -Owning and maintaining in house
reporting and analyticsCommunicate with cross-functional
stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
-Prepare reports and present these to various levels of internal
staff -You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an

Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeSignificant experience in
analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data science, data
analytics) -Solid problem solving, quantitative and analytical
abilities -Experience developing production-level code in Python -
-Experience in predictive modelling/forecasting and drawing
insights from data -Experience utilizing excellent verbal and
written communication skills with the ability to translate complex
concepts effectively and efficiently for non-technical
personsDemonstrated ability to work effectively at both detail and
big-picture levels and to drive projects forwardTrack-record of
success with change management, analytics, healthcare economics in
a healthcare settingSignificant experience in cross functional
collaborationAbility to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and
autonomy; flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects,
deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing and
evolving work environmentAbility to travel, occasionally, as needed
for business requirements -Preferred Qualifications:Master's or PhD
in a heavily technical discipline (e.g. business analysis, data
science, data analytics, statistics)Experience using Python data
science/engineering libraries -Experience with Azure or other cloud
platforms -Highly developed persuasion and influence skills; able
to influence without authorityDetail-oriented self-starter,
critical thinker, with analytic skills and evidence of creative,
proactive problem solvingCoachability and flexibility to operate in

salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400 annually based
on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including
but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum
