Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager (Professional
Services, IT) to lead the development and implementation of
category sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Corporate &
Professional Services categories
Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and
suppliers to optimize total cost strategies
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and ensure compliance
with policies and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA
preferred
3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience in managing indirect
categories
Proven track record of successful negotiation
Ability to lead and motivate others in a dynamic environment
Strong MS Office skillset
