Job Description:
Make a difference.As a Financial Management Trainee, you will
help the Financial Department with various activities to ensure
best practices are followed to support profit center sales and
profitability initiatives through the extension of customer credit
and management of accounts receivable portfolios, consistent with
overall Company guidelines and under the supervision of the
Director Finance.In this role you will:Handle assigned customer
accounts and develop customer relationshipsObtain and evaluate
financial statements, credit information and other reports in order
to evaluate prospective customersDevelop an understanding of lien
and bond laws in relation to secondary protectionSet up and
maintain Financial Department filesAssist in collection
effortsWilling to potentially relocate once promoted to a Financial
Manager position within a yearWhat you bring to the table:Strong
math and computer skillsCustomer service skills4 year degree in a
business-related field preferredWork shift and hours:Full-time,
hourly, non-exemptMonday - Friday fully in-office8:00am -
5:00pmPredictable work schedule to plan your life around: no
weekends or nights for most roles.Paid time-off, including 3+ weeks
of vacation, sick time, and volunteer time.Compensation Details:The
expected pay rate for this position is starting at $24.00 per hour
