About the Opportunity: Job Title: CNC Router Operator Pay Rate Range:$18/Hour Location:Rogers, MN Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM Position Type:Temp to HireCNC Router Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• Good communication skills.
• Self-Starter.
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Drive to get things done in the most efficient manner possible.
• Must be aggressive and flexible.
• Must be able to lift 50 -75 pounds.
• Previous CNC Machine experience a plus.
• Previous architectural metal background a plus.
• Must be experienced in a shop type environment.CNC Router Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate with the plant manager throughout the day regarding what needs to be routed.
• Route all assigned jobs.
• Monitor all aspects of machine operation.
• Setup router based on material and part requirements.
• Ability to adapt to changing workplace situations.
• Check part dimensions against prints for accuracy.
