About the Opportunity: Job Title: Press Break Operator with Setup Pay Rate Range:$25-27/Hour Location:Plymouth, MN Schedule: 2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 3:30PM-2AM. Position Type:Temp to HireSheet Metal Team Lead Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Degree or certificate from a vocational school and/or three years of experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a caliper to measure dimensions.
• Experience working with press brake, and sheet metal fabrication machines with ability to set up and operate.
• Ability to lift material on an average of 20-75 pounds.Sheet Metal Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities:
• Adjusts or programs machines for each item in accordance with shop routing and mechanical drawings.
• Performing tasks to set up and operate most types of sheet metal machines including Amada/Accurpress, S-4, P-4, corner former and Apron brake to shear, punch and form metal or other stock.
• Looking at a print and the parts for that print, deciding what the best tooling would be to bend that part and picking the right machine to use.
• Assembling, aligning, and installing tooling to specifications using feelers, shims, templates, or other items as required by each part.
