Job Description:
GENERAL PURPOSEPerforms evaluations and develops effective
patient treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of
patient function, by planning and administering medically
prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and
professional standards governing outpatient and home health care.
Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient
residence.Position: Occupational Therapist - OTRHours: All
Candidates are welcome! Consistent PRN, Part and Full-time

Assisted Living CommunityLocation: The Pines, Hutchinson, MNWith an
