Job Description:
DescriptionThis role is responsible for leading and managing
Agile Delivery and Strategic Planning for Delivery Excellence (DE)
team in partnership with Office of the CIO (OCIO) and the CTO
within Medica Tech. The position will report to the Senior Manager
of (DE). The purpose of the position is to ensure a consistent and
strategic approach to applying information and technology across
the enterprise, delivering value to the business, and coordinating
high-dependency initiatives. They will partner broadly across the
organization and with other technology teams to meet Medica's
business objectives and tech goals, leveraging an internal agile
team and other vendor partners.
The candidate will have extensive knowledge of strategy and
planning as well as experience driving programs and initiatives to
successful conclusions within Healthcare Technology. Candidates
must have knowledge of information technology concepts, strategies,
and methodologies as well as knowledge of best practices and
procedures.
The Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the goals and
objectives of the assigned programs and teams are met and ensures
that the interrelationships between processes, people and
technology are defined, managed and controlled.

This position is a hub-based role which requires onsite presence.
Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership
and may be up to 2-3 days a week. To be eligible for consideration,
candidates must reside within a commuting distance to our
Minnetonka, MN office.
The full salary range for this position is $111,200 - $190,600.
Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors
including, but not limited to, education, work experience,
applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope
and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary
data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be
eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base
